So I broke out the home brew set up again. It's such a sweet set up. This Ruby Street totally rocks .
This time I'm making a saison for Mother's Day. Nothing too huge, a lighter drinking spring brew. I'm going to explore on the back side of this brew with some ginger/orange peel and perhaps a dry hop.
We will see how it finishes out first . I've heard this yeast strain can be temperamental.
