Belgian-Style Hoppy Blonde Ale

Hoppopotamus is a collaboration with Kyle Hollingsworth of The String Cheese Incident and of Kyle Hollingsworth Band. The combination of mandarin orange puree and Citra, Mandarina Bavaria, and Lemondrop hops makes for a hop forward easy-
drinker. We call this beer “cast” conditioned to pay homage to Kyle’s broken arm which did not happen while he was brewing this beer. Super fruity aroma with notes of citrus and stone fruit.
